The audience of the 25th FETA International Festival of Open-Air and Street Theatre warmly applauded the ensemble of the Voskresinnia Theatre for an hour-long story about the fate of Taras Shevchenko, a poet and painter of the Romantic period, who has such a position in Ukrainian literature as Adam Mickiewicz has in Polish literature. The performance was very well received in spite of its content, which was not easy because it referred to the painful history of Ukraine. (www.gdansk.pl)
