On December 20, 1990, Yaroslav Fedoryshin communicated with young actors from various Ukrainian cities and founded the Voskresinnia Theater in Lviv. Step by step, they developed their own distinctive stage formula, combining traditional psychological acting with innovative art form. In 2010, in recognition of its artistic achievements, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine granted the theater the highly prestigious status of an academic theater.
